Antique PV Vessra Germany Hand Painted Sugar Bowl With Lid Floral Pink.
Condition is "used" has a small flea bite on the rim of sugar dish, there is a hole in the pottery on top rim of sugar dish (appears to be from factory that way). There is also what appears to be a crack or paint all the way around one of the handles which seems to me, not sure how that would crack without their being a crack at the bottom of the handle too. I can't feel that it is a crack so it might be paint, just don't know.
The bottom appears to be have been factory stamped twice.
