SHIPPING
I pack anything I sell well, either bubble wrap,popcorn packaging or protective wrap, the box is an actual box not a duck tape special.  I've gotten things that have been poorly package and it is frustrating so I try to avoid that.   If things come unglued, it can be re-glued, breakage is what I try to avoid with good packaging, I know once it breaks its never the same.  I charge for handling, the cost of bubble wrap roll, the box and tape, I don't believe in making money off of packaging, so if cost is less then you pay you'll get the difference back.

There is a NO refund policy.  Once the item leave USPS and goes into another Country I have no control over it.  I can argue with my own postal system but not another country's.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL once I have information that the auction has cleared USPS system that is all I can do, should an item not arrive it also falls under this purview I will provide information that shows items went to US post office and that all I can do.
