    When looking for the right surface cleaner there are a couple of things to look for. The first is the output of your pressure washer.  We recommend the 16" or 20" with a unit that is around 4 gallons per minute (gpm).  The nozzles in this unit are 2.0--added together it is 4 gallons per minute.  Pressure is great to have but the gpm is more important when using a surface cleaner.  Many of the manufacturers today will take a 13hp motor and put a pump on there with 4200 psi and 2.5 to 3 gpm.  The pressure is nice to have but the water volume (gpm) is what moves the dirt, debris and trash out of the way.  Over the years we have been told by a number of manufacturers that in order to double your efficiency you can increase the pressure 4 times or the volume 2 times.  So if you had a 2700 psi washer at 3 gpm and you wanted to get the job done in half the time you would have to increase the pressure to 10,800 psi or you could just double the gpm to 6.  So with that in mind you will need to make sure that your pressure washer has enough water volume to work with the 20" surface cleaner.  If not we do carry smaller sizes that can work with smaller washers. Another thing to consider is whether or not you will be running hot water.  There are swivels that handle the heat better than others.  This one works well for cold water units.  It can be used with hot water units but from our experience it will not last as long.  We have been selling and repairing equipment for more than 15 years.  Before that we pressure washed for a living cleaning everything from high rises to fast food to residential homes so we have a lot of experience.  If you have any questions please feel free to call us at or email us through eBay.
    Trouble Shooting Instructions
    Over the years we have sold thousands of surface cleaners and a couple of problems keep occurring.   Before you begin a return please call us or email us after you have checked the following issues.
    1)
    Make sure the nozzles are not clogged.  The number one problem I help trouble shoot are clogged nozzles. Debris (sand, small rocks, rust, etc.) get stuck in the nozzle and will not allow the bar to turn as fast as it should.  The best way to check is to turn the surface cleaner sideways and pull the trigger to see if both nozzles have a good fan pattern.  If not one or both may be clogged.  If they are clogged then you will need a socket and ratchet to remove.  When you remove them pull the trigger and flush out the line before putting the nozzles back on. Then use a small pick or screwdriver to remove the debris.  Make sure that the fan pattern is facing parallel to the
    bar when re-installing the nozzles.
    Also we sell a high pressure filter that will stop the debris from getting to your nozzles (part #600147).
    2)
    The second major issue is not having a pressure washer with enough gallons per minute to turn the bar.  The 20” surface cleaners need to have at least 3-4 gpm.   Anything smaller we recommend a 14” or 16” surface cleaner.

    We have the ability to ship First Class which is usually cheaper. With that cheaper price also comes no real tracking and no insurance. We can ship First Class, but cannot guarantee delivery. That is why we choose to ship Priority Mail, Express Mail, or FedEx.

    Damages:
    If an item is damaged, please inform the driver and contact the carrier immediately. Also, take notes of the damage and pictures of the item and box. Damages will be handled immediately but credit cannot be given until the item is received. We can reship a replacement item and refund your credit card once everything is processed.
    Returns:
    If the wrong item is ordered, we will accept returns for up to 30 days. Item must be in original packaging and not used or we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. If we made the mistake in shipping, we will cover all freight to and from customer. If item was ordered in error, we will request that the customer pay freight costs incurred.
    Local Pickups:
    We have a physical location which is open to customers 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Anyone is welcome to pick up their items during those hours.
