HOW TO USE:
After lacquer application, let manicure set for 1-2 minutes
Dispense 1-2 drops in the center of the nail and ensure it fully coats
Allow time to evaporate; no need to rinse
Pair with Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat, Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat and Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer
