Edelstein Bavaria Contessa 19678 Porcelain Creamer & Sugar Bowl they are pre-owned and in good condition. The Sugar base has a small thin chip as I try to show in my photo for your viewing. I don't think it is noticeable but you  can decide.
They measure approx.  5 1/2" L x 3 1/2" H Sugar bowl and 4 1/2" W x 4" H Creamer
