    Description

    Gouda ZENITH Small Art Pottery Vase!  This is a gorgeous 4.75 inch Gouda Holland potter vase with great bold patterns of 1920's Gouda Art Pottery.  This is what still makes it appealing today.
    This small vase is in the ZENITH pattern, with uses bright colors of green, purple orange and yellow against a black matte glazed background.
    The bottom is marked "ZENITH", Gouda Holland. It is in perfect excellent condition.  There is dirt on the bottom of inside but because it is such an antique, I'll leave the cleaning to the buyer.
    MARKED: As pictured
    SIZE: 4 3/4" tall, 2 1/2" diameter on top and 2 inch base.
    CONDITION: EXCELLENT
    Gouda, Holland, has been a pottery center since the seventeenth century. Two firms, the Zenith pottery, established in 1749, and the Zuid-Hollandsche pottery, made the colorful art pottery marked Gouda from 1898 to about 1964.
