Hi-Pro Hearing Aids Programmer Noah Compatible powers on with fuse kit

Storage unit find. Not sure if it was actually used or not. Looks to be in like new condition, one light scratch on the top, cord is still banded, installation guide looks new, has fuse kit (unsure if they work or they are still usable or not). I powered the unit on, where it says power, it lights up, no further testing was done as I don’t know how to do so. Has box. See pictures.
