    Description

Honeywell WGR400-01 Wireless Gauge Reader New in Box! Reads analog gauges and converts to digital
    Introduction
The OneWireless Gauge Reader (WGR) is a battery
powered wireless device that is used to monitor analog
dial gauges. The non-invasive WGR mounts to a
gauge, and converts the analog needle position into a
digital reading. The WGR displays the digital reading
on an LCD, and transmits the reading to a Honeywell
OneWireless Multinode or the Application Gateway.

Compatible with most circular gauges from
    1.5 in – 4.5 in (38 mm – 114 mm) diameter

Large LCD display showing reading, units, bar
graph, battery level, and wireless status

    Easy, non-invasive installation, with no
    process down-time or re-qualification

Self powered, with long battery life

    Long range reliable wireless communication

    High reading accuracy

    IP66 rated, chemical-resistant enclosure

    Wide operating temperature range
    Application
The OneWireless Gauge Reader is used in conjunction
with the Honeywell wireless network access units,
    OneWireless Multinodes and the OneWireless
Application Gateway to form a complete end-to-end
solution. Up to 1,000 WGRs can communicate with a
    single Application Gateway.
The OneWireless Gauge Reader is intended to
automate the monitoring of conventional analog
gauges, such as pressure and temperature gauges.
Many of these gauges are manually monitored
infrequently. The WGR provides automated, more
frequent gauge monitoring. It is a battery powered
device intended for sample rates that range from 1
sample per minute to 1 sample per 18 hours. The
battery powered WGR is not intended to be used in
    high update-rate mission-critical closed-loop control
    systems.
