, ISSUED ISSUED DURING 1980, SCOTT #360-361, 363-364,  IN FINE-VERY FINE MINT, NEVER HINGED CONDITION.
"SPECIMEN" stamps are issued in very limited quantities and distributed by 'favor' to selected parties. These were given to us during the years when we imported the stamps of Kiribati directly from their home postal facility as a favor for our business. Many "specimen" stamps are scarce, although it depends upon collector interest during the years.
