    Vintage 1800’s Antique Leather Victorian Edwardian Lace Up Boots Shoes Mens/Women’s.
    These were part of my fathers antique collection.
    Someone with more knowledge than I has stated these are mens lace up shoes and date to the late 1880s and early 1890s. These pointed shoes were made for men and can be seen in tintype photos that show men wearing them. They were not popular for very long as they had a lady like appearance when worn. Mens shoes from this period are quite rare and yours these are in very nice condition. Ladys shoes from this period always have some type of high heel.
