This Widex Senso SP3 Diva Hearing Aid Self-test Troubleshooting System is in excellent cosmetic condition. The unit does not look like it has ever been used, it still has the factory packaging included with no sign of use. We do not have the small stainless steel cup that is required. The unit does power on and the display shows it tries to connect to the right and left but then
shows "error" which can be expected since we do not have a hearing aid or the cup to properly test it. It comes with the original zipper storage case.

Control panel
On R key . Activates the programmer and reads the data from the right hearing aid.
On L key . Activates the programmer and reads the data from the left hearing aid.
Tone key . Activates the tone used to measure the Sensogram.
Main display . Contains information for the hearing care professional fitting the instru-ment. The information is mode-sensitive.
Menu display . Displays the present function of the menu keys.
Menu keys . When you press a menu key, the associated menu function is activated
Arrow keys . Adjustment of values. If you hold down an arrow key, its value increases or de-creases. Single keystrokes will change the value one step at a time.

determine whether the problems are related to the use of the hearing aid or to hearing aid
malfunctions. In order to determine the actual cause as quickly and easily as possible Widex
has developed a new software tool that enables hearing healthcare professionals to make a
quick check of any
Senso Diva
hearing aid. The Diva Self-test is intended as a troubleshoot-
ing tool and can be performed using both the SP3 programmer and the Compass program
(via HI-PRO). It should be noticed that the Self-test is
not
intended as a tool for repairing
and servicing the instruments, since a detailed verification of correct functioning requires
both measuring equipment and a more advanced test setup.
Condition & Testing
I believe this device is new and never used because there is no sign of previous use and it doesnt look like the wire ties have ever been taken of the leads. All 3 adapters look new. I installed 3 new AA batteries. The unit does power on and tries to connect to both Left and Right but is unable to and shows the "error" message on the display. This would seem to be normal because we dont have any compatible hearing aids to test with. The manual is a photocopy. The manual shows this device needs a small metal cup for testing and this cup is not included. The case is good
